Nina Sabin
Nina is a newly published author of Mental Health Hygiene, as well as a certified health and life coach, educator, and Christian mental health counselor dedicated to guiding others toward holistic well-being. Over the past nine years, her writing and blogging have focused on helping people experience true freedom by healing from the past, embracing personal accountability, and renewing their mindsets through faith.
Her professional career spans decades of service across child development, physical fitness, and emotional health. Her diverse background includes working as a certified special education teacher, elementary music and PE instructor, and gymnastics business owner. Guided by a heart for service, Nina’s extensive volunteer work also ranges from international disaster relief to local community leadership. Today, she channels her extensive experience into Christian mental health counseling alongside her husband of thirty-four years, with whom she shares two adult daughters and one grandchild.
Since moving to The Villages in July 2019, Nina has fully embraced the vibrant lifestyle. She stays active leading Bible studies, teaching English Country Dance, and playing golf. When she isn't writing or counseling, she loves playing Mahjong and Samba with friends and enjoying everything the community has to offer.
